Veronica Aguilar

Veronica Aguilar is an 18-year-old, Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her parents struggle from not receiving a high school diploma, Resulting in living in the projects. Although surviving life was all Veronica knew, She always kept an open mind and was determined to create a better future. That drive to want a better future caused Veronica’s anxiety to become more intense. The additional impacts of Veronica’s family's circumstances caused even more anxiety and stress, Leading her to a breaking point. Veronica battles anxiety and finds ways to cope with it. She became aware that her problem was a gift. She  obtained valuable information that could potentially help others, and she created a mental health  club named Nourish in high school to inform students about mental health awareness. After she graduated high school, that drive still continued to push, Which led to her publishing Trapped In Anxiety. Veronica has developed a passion to help others. She wants to continue helping others and making an impact on lives. Veronica hopes you tune into the group so you can be a part of her upcoming projects.
